Data visualization

Many types of data exploration and statistical analyses are integrated with graphical presentation of data. For example, see the section Survival Analysis and the corresponding advice on
Kaplan-Meier curves. The current section serves as a supplementary section on data visualization under the expectation that you may be looking for ideas on how to display your data or need help in interpreting a published graph and have not already identified an appropriate choice from other sections on this site.
