A. The term ‘audit’ is frequently misunderstood. Please have a careful look through the Clinical Audit Central Office guide WHAT IS CLINICAL AUDIT? It may well be the case that you are playing one or more parts in the detailed cycle of a clinical audit (given the time-frame of your project). If so, try to identify which parts so as to report them accurately in your write-up.  Alternatively, you may not be involved in an audit at all. Please check and see.
